Freedom Culture

Every business, association, and club has a culture. Chances are this culture came about by accident. Culture is an immensely powerful asset that takes years to evolve and settle. It determines how people treat divergent behavior, respond to conflict, deal with failure and capitalise on opportunities.

Culture could also be the reason why you struggle with staff turn-over, lethargy, and complacency. It could be drowning out innovation like an immune system attacking a virus.

For something so important we spend very little time deciding what we want it to look like. Culture is the soil you plant your business in. Start-ups get to design this from day one but probably don’t.

No matter how bad it is, you can always add some topsoil to improve the quality.

Make sure you till it through.

Great books about this:
